We had 2 of your men turn up this morning to lay the laminate flooring in the bedroom.We thought we had to pay for 2 handymen when we only agreed to book 1 handyman for the day,but to our surprise they agreed to do the job for the same 1 man rate.

I am writing to say that I was not too pleased with your handyman because he took longer than the time we agreed,he left the place in a mess and he even managed to break an ornament which he did not tell me about. I would like the handyman to come back and clean up and also to explain how he broke the ornament and did not bother to tell me. I do no think I will be recommending your services.
